This creamy cleanser gently and effectively removes makeup and cleans the skin, leaving it smooth and soft. It can also be used without water.
Directions:
Apply to a dry face and neck then massage in using circular motions. To remove, rinse with water or wipe clean with cotton pads and follow with HYDROLÉ D'ORANGER.
